• Cohort programs: access is limited to the duration of the cohort plus a 30-day review period after completion.
• Bundles: access terms follow the most restrictive component in the bundle.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Scholaris Academy platform — including video lessons, written materials, exercises, frameworks, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Scholaris Academy LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. Personal notes and summaries for private use are permitted.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content or access credentials.
• Record, screenshot, or download video lessons or proprietary materials.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.

6. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scholaris Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access course content ceases immediately. Refunds upon termination for cause are not guaranteed.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

1. Our Commitment

At Scholaris Academy, we stand behind the quality of our programs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Self-Paced Courses — 14-Day Refund Window

For individual self-paced courses, you are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• You have completed less than 30% of the course content (measured by lessons viewed or exercises submitted).
• The request is made through our official refund process (see Section 5).

Refunds will not be issued if more than 30% of the course has been completed, as this indicates substantial use of the educational content.

3. Cohort & Live Programs — Limited Refund Window

For cohort-based programs, workshops, and live sessions:

• Refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the cohort start date.
• Once a cohort has started, refunds are not available, as cohort spots are limited and reserved specifically for enrolled participants.
• If we cancel a cohort, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

4. Bundles & Multi-Course Programs

For bundle purchases (e.g., Complete Professional Skills Bundle):

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if none of the included courses have been accessed beyond 30% completion.
• Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

• Include your full name, registered email address, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
• Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision.

6. Exceptions — Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after the 14-day eligibility window.
• Course completion exceeds 30% of total content.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
• Purchases made using promotional codes, scholarships, or special discount arrangements (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
• Downloadable resources or supplementary materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.
